This user guide shows how to switch to Babylon Testnet Network and create a BABY key and address for mobile wallet users. Steps for creating a new wallet is not provided.

Note that the Babylon key and address generated in the Babylon Testnet will be the same as the one your wallet will have with the Babylon Mainnet. Airdrops will be dropped to BABY addresses on the Babylon Mainnet.

Switching to Babylon Network on Keplr Mobile Wallet

Open Keplr Mobile Wallet app. Click on top left setings and click on “Add More Chains” at the bottom.

A webview page with search bar appears. Start typing “Babylon…” you will see “Babylon Phase-2 Testnet” pop up. Click on “Add to Keplr”.

Next on the home page, search for Babylon Testnet again and click “Manage”.

The network is added to the wallet. Click on “BABY” balance to see your wallet address and balance.

The address should appear on the next page. Your BABAY address should look like bbn1pu9zgeyqdr4gepr96xknp0nkdw8t7xtf6ax5gc.

Switching to Babylon Network on OKX Mobile Wallet

Open OKX Mobile wallet app. Click on the top right network selection icon.

Start typing “Babylon…” you will seet “Babylon Testnet” popup and click on it.

You BABAY key and address is created. The BABY address should look like bbn1pu9zgeyqdr4gepr96xknp0nkdw8t7xtf6ax5gc.

Switching to Babylon Network on Cosmostation Mobile Wallet

Open Cosmostation Mobile Wallet app on your phone. Go to “Settings” page and turn on “Enable Testnet”.

Go to “Chains” menu and click on the top right “Switch Network” button.

Start typing “Babylon…” and select “Babylon Testnet”, click “Confirm” to add the network in Chains page.

Back to “Chains” page you should see Babylon Testnet with your balance. Click on it to show BABY address. Your BABY address should look likebbn1pu9zgeyqdr4gepr96xknp0nkdw8t7xtf6ax5gc.  

Switching to Babylon Network on Bitget Mobile Wallet

Open Biget Mobile Wallet app on your phone. On the top right click on “All mainnets” to select another chain.

Start typing “Babylon..” and Babylon Testnet option will appear. Click on “+” then click on “Add Mainnet”.

You BABY address that looks like bbn1pu9zgeyqdr4gepr96xknp0nkdw8t7xtf6ax5gc will appear on the next page.

Switching to Babylon Network on Leap Mobile Wallet

Open Leap Mobile Wallet app on your phone.

On the “Switch Chain” page, click on “+” to add a custom network.

Leap mobile wallet does not support selection of Babyon network, so user will need to manually enter the network parameters in the below table to connect.

Click on “Add Network” button at the bottom, then search for Babylon again on the “Swtich Chain” screen again.

Add swtich to the custom network. Then you will see your BABY address screen and balance. Your BABY address should look like bbn1pu9zgeyqdr4gepr96xknp0nkdw8t7xtf6ax5gc. Click on copy button to copy the address to clipboard.
